Location：A resident building at Shum Shui Po 

Description：

• Use of high resolution thermal scanning to scanning the drainage system of the washroom and toilet
• Carry water ponding test with high penetrating fluorescent dye to the flat roof
• Use of moisture distribtuib method to the ceiling
• Provide loss estimation and remedial proposal

Result：Success to claim and solve the seepage problem
