Our Engineer team (AP RSE) provides the services below:
1. We can provide minor works class 1 to 3 application services
- (items include: removal of UBW、renovation works、a/c works、replacement of aluminum windows, etc.) Our services include loading calculation and design of layout plan.
2. Registered Engineering (AP) consultancy services
- To provide professional consultancy services including project supervision, tendering documents, etc.
3. Slope consultancy services
- To provide professional registered engineer for slope inspection
4. Canopy Inspection services
- To provide professional registered engineer, to provide one-stop solution of canopy structural safety assessment, testing and report issuing. The report is signed by registered structural engineer.
5. Expert Witness Services
- Our Hong Kong government recognized professionals (Authorized Person) can provide professional and reliable advice on water leakage disputes and expert witness services.
6. Mandatory Building and Window Inspection Scheme (MBIS & MWIS)
- To operate in coordination with the Government's Mandatory Building and Window Inspection Scheme. Our company provides inspection services and reports by our registered inspector.
